The proposed project consists of an eight-story mixed-use building including 143 residential units, 15 deed restricted affordable units, ground floor neighborhood-serving retail space, three (3) levels of subterranean parking with 185 total parking spaces to serve the residential use and 191 total bicycle parking spaces. The proposed height of the project is 85 feet.
